How we work, and what you can expect.
These terms cover the use of this website and the work we do at 177 North Station Road, Colchester, CO1 1UX.
Nothing here takes away any right you have as a consumer under UK law. If anything on this page conflicts with those rights, your rights win.
Prices on this website
Every price shown is a starting price for that job, including parts, labour and VAT. Larger vehicles, larger engines and premium parts cost more.
The date under each price table is the day those prices were last checked. Prices can change, particularly tyre prices, so ring to confirm before you travel. A price on this site is not a binding quotation: the quotation is the one we give you for your vehicle.
The work
We will not do work you have not agreed to. If we find something else once the car is up, we ring you and tell you what it is and what it costs before we touch it.
Parts carry whatever guarantee the manufacturer of that part gives. Keep your invoice, because it is what a guarantee claim is based on.
We are not an MOT test station and we do not carry out the MOT test. We repair the things a car fails or is advised on.
This website
We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, and the prices carry the date they were checked. Even so, this is a website rather than a contract, and we cannot promise it is free of errors.
