Reviews
Our reviews sit on our Google listing, where we cannot edit them and cannot leave the bad ones out.
Our reviews live on our Google Business Profile, and the link below opens them. Nothing on this page is written by us and none of it is picked to flatter us, which is the whole point of leaving them where they are.
Read our reviews on Google (opens in a new tab) Leave us a review (opens in a new tab)
Both open our Google listing in a new tab. Every review there is from a customer, good or bad, and we cannot edit any of them.
Been in recently?
If we did a decent job, a review on Google helps other people in Colchester find us, and the link is just above. If something went wrong, ring us first and we will put it right.

Questions we get asked
Where are your reviews?
On our Google listing. This page links to them rather than copying them here, which means we cannot edit them and cannot leave the bad ones out.
